2022 Zero Fx Mods

Just couldn't take the stock lights anymore, swapped for KTM LED setup and added a low beam switch to only allow daylight running lights during normal operations (2Watts). Hoping it will save a little energy and it looks pretty sweet. Alto added cross-bar and pad for when I get crazy in the dirt and a handle-strap to move the bike easier. Love the bike. Its so much fun. Have some new dual-sport Shinko meats waiting to be installed. I'll update when completed.

I have the same issue... (2019 Zero FX). It is an intermittent issue for me. If the lights don't turn on when I turn on the key, I leave the key on and eventually the lights turn on all by themselves.
The root cause of the issue is a faulty DC-DC adapter (DC-DC CONV 500W SEVCON Part # 622-11211) Here is the link to order a preplacement... (https://shop.koups.com/products/zer...SH4uHM20R7P3OmHLUqRKVuKeFfQPf7tdB8JPHarH9-0-C)

I haven't pulled the trigger to order the part yet... its $443 and will be a some work to get it installed..... Hope this helps....

In my case, it was only the connection of a wire that was bad. I did'nt repair it myself. In the past there were problems with the DC-DC adapter I think. There was a recall organised for that problem. Check with your distributor if your Zero was in the list. Maybe you are lucky.
